Product as described. The sound quality is clear and the speaker is made from good quality materials. The packaging is also high quality. There is a hiss when the speaker is connected using bluetooth and windows 10, but this is a common bluetooth problem rather than a flaw with the product. The volume buttons did not work when the speaker was plugged into my laptop, however this is the only issue I could find. I would recommend this product to others.
