October is a great month for sneakers. Aside from the forthcoming Halloween-themed releases, the industry has prepared some of their best offerings in months. This week, there’s a lot to look forward to, ranging from food inspirations to serious outdoor shoes.
First, Ye and the Three Stripes kick us off, bringing back the Yeezy 500 High in a new “Mist Stone” colorway. Then, on Tuesday, the Swoosh umbrella drops two solid Air Jordan 1 Low colorways. adidas returns for Wednesday and Thursday, roping in the legendary C.P. Company and Y-3 for the Italy-inspired Spezial Bridge and TERREX Swift R3 GTX, respectively.
TERREX makes an end-of-the-week appearance as well with the Free Hiker, a sustainable shoe that’s “Made to be Remade.” And in one of the most surprising showings of the half-year, Saucony puts back on their chef hat, dressing up the Shadow 6000 in a “Food Fight” colorway. Last but certainly not least, Saturday closes us out with the Yeezy Boost 700 “Wash Orange” and the winterized Air Jordan 14.
