7 Days Return Warranty

 We have high quality control standards to make sure all the products we ship are in perfect condition. Defective merchandises are subject to exchange within 7 days of receiving the item.

 

Return & Exchange Policy

i)  If we have sent the wrong item to you be mistake or you received the products damaged then you can return it to us at the address given.

 

*Return or exchange your items within 7 days from the delivery date.

*Items received must be unused, undamaged and in original package.

*Return shipping fee is paid for by the buyer.

 

ii),Customers may return the package to the designated shipping address,  only if the customer service staff have authorized the return. We will provide a refund as long we receive the return package; to help us, the customer should provide all relevant tracking information.

 

Refund

We will offer partial or full refund on most items within 3 days of receiving your goods. The first step in the refunds process is to contact our Customer Service Team.

 

Full Refunds

We offer full refunds on any items that are found to be faulty or damaged due to our fault. Damage caused because of the fault of the third party or customer’s own fault cannot apply for refunds.Shipping fees are none refundable.

 

Partial Refunds

We also offer partial refund on returned items which have some original parts missing. In such a case, the customer can only get partial refund.

 

For Cancelled Orders and Exchanged orders  Before delivery.

All Cancelled  Orders must be done by email. We do NOT accept cancellations on any Accessories. All other charges are non-refundable including Shipping, Insurance, and any transaction fees. 

 

Cancelling Orders (Before delivery)

All orders cancelled within 12  hours of purchase will be eligible for a full refund.

All orders cancelled after 12  hours will be eligible for a  refund of products.

All other charges are non-refundable including Shipping, Insurance, and any transaction fees.

 

Exchanging Orders  (Before delivery)

All orders within 12  hours of purchase will be eligible for a free exchange.

All orders placed after 12  hours will also be eligible for an exchange, but the customers must pay a handling fee for this service of £ 5.00
